SK Development, CB Developers and Ironstate Development (CBSK Ironstate) are in pre-development on a number of projects in the towns of Rhinebeck, Kingston and Accord in New York's Hudson Valley. The projects include a residential housing development, a boutique hotel and a farmhouse-style resort complete with a bespoke 9-hole golf course.
