SK Development, CB Developers and Ironstate Development (CBSK Ironstate) are completing construction on a new mixed-use, retail/hotel development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project consists of 249 hotel rooms each measuring 130 square feet. Clinton Hall has opened along with RFTP, a rooftop bar. Richard Born and Ira Drukier's BD Hotels is managing the hotel and is a partner on the project.
